Hey! I'm back! With my favourite crackers, at the moment.
I've given a few substitution ideas. You can use 100 g almond flour + 25 g hemp protein powder if you're not used to the taste of hemp. I would not advise using more than 50 g of hemp protein powder as the crackers are already very hemp-y.
If you cannot find whole hemp seeds, you can use sesame seeds instead for the crunch or leave them out altogether.
75 g almond flour (works with almond meal)
50 g hemp protein powder (works with hemp flour) + more for dusting
25 g flax meal (works with ground chia seeds)
25 g unhulled hemp seeds
6 to 8 cl water
Preheat oven to 170°C.
In a bowl, mix well all dried ingredients. Add seasonings if you wish : salt, pepper, herbs, garlic powder... Gradually add water until a dough forms. You might need more or less water depending on what flours/meals you used. Form a ball. Line working surface with parchment paper and sprinkle with hemp protein powder and roll out the dough (1 cm thick). Cut into desired shapes and bake for 25 minutes at 170°C.
